Go West, EatUp, Go West

West Egg Café isn’t just for breakfast anymore. Join us for a second helping of EatUpATL, as we take it to the Westside to introduce you to West Egg Cafe’s new dinner menu.

Nosh on Chef Patric Bell’s latest comfort food creations in their swank new location on the ground floor of the White Provision residences.

Enjoy small plate starters and sample each of the five, new dinner menu items.  Wash it all down with EatUpATL’s extra-spicy bloody Mary with a splash of pickle juice from their newly liquor-licensed bar.

And, just when you think that your belly can’t take in anymore, we’ll top it off with one of West Egg Café’s signature cupcakes – to eat there or to take home.

Rationally Creative Homebrews

For the inaugural EatUpATL event at Lunacy Black Market we were very fortunate to have not only fantastic wines from Montaluce Vineyards, but some excellent homebrews from Mike Lorey of Rationally Creative.  Mike brought three varieties of brews for guests to sample: Cotton mead, Chai-Spiced Cyser and Dunkelweizen.  Mike’s passion for sustainable and locally grown food combined with his love of homebrew provided some excellent conversations among those in attendance.  We would like to thank Mike for sharing his knowledge (and tasty brews) with everyone as it certainly contributed to the succcess of the evening.  Please check out Mike’s post-event writeup on his blog: Spontaneous Fermentation at EatUpATL
